Mar Omega's BED O' NAILS

Mar Omega's BED O' NAILS contains approximately 500 aluminum gutter spikes, a faux diamond plate base with negative logo and a base that doubles as a protective carrying case. This sideshow prop packs flat at 10" thick, standing nearly 19" tall when in presentation mode. The full load tested on this prop was 350 lbs. It is estimated that it could withstand 500 lbs of pressure before showing signs of stress. 8 turn buckles are used to hold the lid tight in travel. A design modification is being considered to change out the turn buckles for case latches at the bottom of the legs.

This prop has been featured on the 03/07/2008 episode of Jim Cramer's MAD MONEY on CNBC to demonstrate paying for a painful mistake in suggesting a mortgage company. The logo was very prominently displayed twice on that episode.
